?What Is the Saudi Electronic Authorization Electronic Authorization is an official service provided by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Enjaz platform. It allows the visa holder to authorize an office or company inside the Kingdom to complete procedures related to a previously issued visa. The entire process is done online without the need to visit any authority. What is Electronic Authorization? It is an official authorization issued by the employer through the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Enjaz platform. Through it, the employer authorizes the recruitment office in Egypt to complete the visa procedures from within Egypt through the Saudi Consulate. This applies to skilled, professional, and mid-level occupations. Electronic authorization is used for: Completing procedures for recruiting domestic workers. Completing procedures for professional workers (especially authorizations for visas issued by the consulates). Receiving the worker upon arrival and finalizing entry procedures. Difference Between Electronic Authorization and Musaned 1. Electronic Authorization via Enjaz Used for most worker categories (general and professional). Low fees (about 40 SAR). Activation and authentication are done electronically through the Chamber of Commerce, not through recruitment offices. 2. Authorization via Musaned Platform Limited to specific domestic worker jobs, such as: Private driver Housemaid Personal assistant Personal nurse Authorization and authentication fees are higher, ranging between 2,700 – 3,500 SAR. The Saudi system specifies a monthly limit of authorizations for each recruitment office. Contracts for these jobs are processed through the Musaned platform, not Enjaz. Important Advice If your visa appears on Musaned, it is recommended to complete the medical examination before issuing the authorization. Uploading the worker’s name on Musaned and then encountering a medical issue may delay refunding the fees for up to three months.
