  • Issuing an electronic authorization to an approved clearance office and authenticating the authorization.
  • Preparing an original employment contract authenticated by:
    • The Saudi Chamber of Commerce
    • The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs

  • A notarized declaration from the visa holder stating that he is the owner of the visa and that the office is only responsible for completing consular procedures.
  • Authenticating the employment contract by:
