Description
A large dairy and cheese manufacturing facility in Jeddah is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support and maintain production lines and utilities. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of dairy and cheese processing equipment including pasteurizers, separators, homogenizers, cheese vats, boilers, chillers, compressors, filling and packaging machines. The technician ensures high equipment availability, food safety compliance, and uninterrupted production operations.
Requirements
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in dairy and cheese factories
Strong experience with dairy processing equipment and cheese production machinery
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards in dairy plants
Ability to work in shifts and under production pressure
