Finance Director / Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Director with at least 15 years of proven track record in financial management within the hospitality and hotel sectors in Madinah. The candidate will oversee all financial operations, budgeting, final accounts, and reporting, while leading finance teams to optimize overall financial and administrative performance using hotel accounting systems.

Minimum fifteen years of solid experience as a Finance Director / Financial Manager in the hospitality/hotel industry (medium to large scale properties or chains).

Relevant Academic degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management with a minimum grade of Very Good or Excellent.

Proven expertise in budgeting, final accounts preparation, financial modeling, and administrative/financial reporting.

Exceptional leadership skills to manage teams and enhance financial performance.

Proficiency in specialized hotel management and accounting software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, Sun Systems).

Documented career history and stable employment background.
