Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 20+ years of proven experience in managing construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role includes full project leadership, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality and safety control, and ensuring successful project delivery in Riyadh.
Requirements
Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Experience working on medium to large-scale projects in Riyadh or KSA.
Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong understanding of QA/QC, safety standards, and contract administration.
Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency required.
