Date Factory Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Date Factory Manager to oversee operations in Madinah. The role involves managing daily factory operations, line production, sorting, packaging, quality control, and international trade (import/export). The ideal candidate will optimize operational efficiency and lead production and administrative teams effectively.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing date processing factories.

Proven and documented experience in import and export operations related to dates and date products.

Relevant academic degree (Industrial Management / Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent) with a grade of Very Good or Excellent.

Solid experience in managing production, sorting, packaging lines, and quality control.

Documented practical track record with a stable employment history.

Strong leadership skills to manage teams and enhance operational and administrative performance.
