Hotel Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Accountant to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have at least ten years of practical experience in hotel financial accounting, with proven experience in accounting operations for hotels and other establishments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting entries and reconciliations, revenues, expenses, purchases, sales, inventory, monthly and periodic financial reporting, and monthly and annual closing activities. Proficiency in accounting software and operational systems used in the hospitality sector is required, along with a good employment record and documented experience in the hotel industry.

Minimum ten years of practical experience in hotel financial accounting.
Proven practical experience in financial accounting for hotels and other establishments.
Relevant academic qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Academic grade preferably Excellent to Very Good.
Experience preparing and reviewing accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial accounts.
Experience handling revenues, expenses, purchases, sales, and inventory accounts.
Experience preparing monthly and periodic financial reports.
Experience with monthly and annual closing procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software and operational systems used in hotels.
Good employment record and documented experience in the hospitality sector.
