Accountant – Café Business

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join a café business in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, recording financial transactions, monitoring sales and expenses, reconciling cash and bank accounts, reviewing purchases and supplier invoices, monitoring inventory transactions, and preparing accurate financial reports.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in cafés, restaurants, food and beverage businesses, retail, or multi-branch companies. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, financial discipline, and good knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel are required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, .
Minimum five years of practical accounting experience.
Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, food & beverage, retail, or multi-branch businesses is preferred.
Strong knowledge of daily accounting operations.
Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Experience with cash and bank reconciliations.
Experience in sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory accounting.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Knowledge of VAT and basic Saudi accounting and tax requirements.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to coordinate effectively with management and café operations teams.
