Cost Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Cost Accountant to join our team in Madinah. The role involves calculating menu/product item costs, tracking waste rates and standard costing, managing inventory, procurement, and operational expenses, and preparing periodic financial reports to ensure cost efficiency and financial accuracy.

Seven years of cost accounting experience in the F&B, hospitality, or food manufacturing sectors.

Academic qualification in Accounting with a grade of Very Good or Excellent.

Expertise in recipe/item costing, waste management, and standard costing.

Strong background in inventory control, purchasing, and operational expenses.

Hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing monthly and periodic financial reports.

Proficiency in ERP and specialized accounting and operational software.

Documented practical experience and a stable employment record.
