Description
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design / Structural Engineer to join our R&D and Product Development team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering design experience, advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, and strong expertise in structural design, engineering calculations, welded steel and stainless-steel structures, machine design, mechanisms, sheet-metal design, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking engineering concepts through the complete development cycle, including engineering calculations, 3D design, manufacturing drawings, prototyping, fabrication, testing, and final implementation. Experience with gates, doors, sliding systems, industrial machinery, special-purpose machines, hydraulic mechanisms, or automated equipment is highly preferred.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering design experience.
Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks.
Strong experience in structural design and engineering calculations.
Experience designing welded steel and stainless-steel structures.
Strong machine design experience.
Experience with mechanisms and linkages.
Strong sheet-metal design experience.
Good knowledge of bearings, shafts, gears, belt drives, and chain drives.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience preparing manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
Practical knowledge of machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly.
Experience with gates, doors, and sliding systems is highly preferred.
Experience with industrial machinery and special-purpose machines is preferred.
Experience with hydraulic mechanisms and automated equipment is a strong advantage.
FEA/ANSYS experience is an advantage.
Motion simulation experience is an advantage.
Ability to transform engineering concepts into manufacturable and implementable products.
