Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Supervisor to ensure accurate execution of architectural and finishing works across project sites in Riyadh. The role involves daily site supervision, quality control, coordination with engineering teams, and timely reporting to project management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in architectural supervision (site-based) within Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and QA/QC procedures.
Good command of Arabic; English is an advantage.
Proficient in site reporting and basic MS Office (Word, Excel).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
