Human Resources Supervisor

The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR operations within the construction company, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, Saudization compliance, performance management, and implementation of HR policies in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. The role ensures effective workforce planning and supports company growth through professional HR practices.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in construction companies

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations

Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations

Proven ability to supervise HR staff and manage multiple sites

Strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills
