A leading consulting firm in Cairo, Egypt is seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to drive growth initiatives and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development within consulting environments and a proven track record in government and private sector partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand consulting products and service offerings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and manage strategic partnerships.
Prepare proposals and lead negotiation processes.
Design and develop business models.
Analyze target markets and convert opportunities into executable projects.
Plan and implement growth strategies including market expansion and launching new services.

Over 3 years of experience in consulting firms or related fields.
Over 3 years of experience in public-private partnerships.
Experience in proposal writing and negotiation leadership.
Experience in business model building.
Deep understanding of target markets, opportunity analysis, and the ability to transform opportunities into projects.
