Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with direct experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, sourcing products and supplies, dealing with suppliers, obtaining and comparing quotations, issuing and following up purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and achieving competitive prices while maintaining the required quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of practical experience in procurement.
Strongly preferred: experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
Experience dealing with food, beverage, and restaurant operational suppliers is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and negotiation.
Ability to compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery time, and payment terms.
Experience in issuing and following up purchase orders.
Good understanding of inventory and warehouse coordination.
Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to prepare procurement reports and analyze prices and purchasing data.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple purchasing requests simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of ERP, procurement, or inventory management systems is preferred.
Good English communication skills are an advantage
