Description
The senior executive responsible for all Food & Beverage operations in the hotel. This includes menu planning, budget management, overseeing all kitchens and outlets, ensuring food quality, and leading and developing the entire culinary team.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in 5-star hotels, proven leadership and management skills, proficiency in P&L and food costing, and a professional certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
