Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Controls Manager to lead cost control, scheduling, planning, risk assessment, and performance tracking for large construction projects in Riyadh. The role requires expert-level knowledge in project management systems and the ability to ensure accurate reporting and strong governance processes.
Requirements
Minimum 15+ years experience in project controls (cost, planning, scheduling).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong experience in large-scale construction or contracting companies in KSA.
Expert in Primavera P6, MS Project, cost control systems, and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multi-project reporting and coordinate with PMO & project managers.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
