Description
A large dairy factory in Jeddah is looking for a Cheese Production Engineer to supervise and optimize cheese manufacturing processes. The role involves hands-on production of Akkawi, Halloumi, Feta, Domiati, processed cheese, and spreadable cheeses, ensuring quality standards, food safety compliance, production efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Science, Food Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in cheese production within dairy factories
Practical experience in Akkawi, Halloumi, Feta, Domiati, processed and spreadable cheese
Strong understanding of dairy processing, formulations, and production parameters
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP)
Ability to analyze production issues and implement corrective actions
Teamwork and reporting skills
