مهندس إنتاج أجبان

يعلن مصنع ألبان وأجبان كبير في جدة عن حاجته إلى مهندس إنتاج أجبان للإشراف الفني والتشغيلي على عمليات تصنيع الأجبان، بما يشمل أجبان العكاوي، الحلوم، الفيتا، الدمياطي، الأجبان المطبوخة والجبن السائل، مع ضمان الجودة العالية، الالتزام بسلامة الغذاء، وتحسين كفاءة خطوط الإنتاج.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Science, Food Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in cheese production within dairy factories

Practical experience in Akkawi, Halloumi, Feta, Domiati, processed and spreadable cheese

Strong understanding of dairy processing, formulations, and production parameters

Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP)

Ability to analyze production issues and implement corrective actions

Teamwork and reporting skills
