Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development within O&M or related sectors
Strong understanding of operation and maintenance contracts and project scopes
Proven ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to coordinate with technical and commercial teams
Strong analytical and market research skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education in a relevant field
