Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Finishing Supervisors

We are looking for experienced Supervisors to work on multiple projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the following disciplines: Civil Works, Mechanical Works, Electrical Works, and Finishing Works.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with workers and subcontractors, monitoring work progress, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety requirements, and supporting the project team in completing works according to schedule and quality standards.

Salary: SAR 4,000 per month, plus accommodation, medical insurance, and an annual allowance that may reach up to four months' salary, subject to the applicable company/project policy.

1–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision.
Experience in the relevant discipline: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Finishing Works.
Ability to supervise workers and subcontractors and follow up on daily site activities.
Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and work instructions relevant to the discipline.
Ability to monitor work progress and report site issues to the project management team.
Good understanding of quality and occupational safety requirements.
Ability to coordinate with engineers, technicians, workers, and other project disciplines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work on multiple projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
