Concierge

We are seeking a professional and highly experienced Concierge to join a 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, handling inquiries, coordinating reservations, arranging transportation, and ensuring a luxurious guest experience. Minimum 10 years of experience in high-end hotels is required.

Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury or 5-star hotels

Strong communication and guest-service skills

Ability to manage reservations and guest requests efficiently

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Ability to work under pressure
