Rooms Division Manager

Seeking an executive Rooms Division Manager to lead and oversee all room-related operations in a leading 5-star hotel in Riyadh. This includes Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Security. The goal is to ensure an exceptional guest experience that exceeds expectations and upholds the hotel's world-class luxury standards.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Rooms Division management, with at least 3 years in a 5-star hotel. 2. Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field. 3. Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). 4. Proven track record in achieving guest satisfaction and driving occupancy rates. 5. Excellent leadership, analytical, and budget management skills.
