Description
Overseeing the management of the hotel's maintenance department across all its specializations.
Developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure the continuous operation of all hotel facilities.
Monitoring malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, cooling, and air conditioning systems and ensuring their immediate repair.
Supervising the team of technicians, assigning daily tasks, and evaluating their performance.
Monitoring the operation of power, water, pump, and control systems, ensuring their safety and functionality.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements in all maintenance work.
Preparing and submitting periodic technical reports to senior management.
Managing maintenance contracts with external contractors and monitoring their implementation.
Preparing the annual maintenance budget and optimizing operating costs without compromising service quality.
Ensuring the readiness of critical hotel systems such as fire systems, elevators, generators, central air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Requirements
🔸 Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related field).
Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels or large-scale projects.
Proficiency in hotel operating systems.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
Strong knowledge of fire systems, elevators, chillers, central air conditioning, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
