Description
We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead and manage a luxury wellness and spa facility in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage spa staff, implement wellness programs, and maintain the highest standards of service quality, hygiene, and customer care.
Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in spa or wellness management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of luxury spa operations, treatments, and wellness programs.
Experience in customer service excellence.
Ability to manage budgets, KPI reporting, and revenue targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred: Experience in 5-star hotels or premium wellness resorts
