Description
We are seeking an experienced Plastic Factory Manager to lead and manage all manufacturing operations, production planning, quality control, maintenance, and workforce performance in a large plastic manufacturing facility in Riyadh. The role focuses on operational excellence, cost efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with managerial experience
Strong knowledge of plastic production processes (injection, extrusion, blow molding)
Experience in factory operations, production planning, and cost control
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of quality, safety, and maintenance systems
