Maintenance Manager – Food Manufacturing BU

A leading food manufacturing company in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities for the plant, including facilities, utilities, machinery, and production equipment. The role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and improves operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all maintenance operations across the plant
Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans
Ensure high equipment reliability and minimize downtime
Lead and manage the maintenance team
Monitor maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
Prepare and control the maintenance budget
Plan manpower and resources during peak seasons
Oversee repairs, upgrades, and equipment improvements
Ensure proper operation of plant utilities and facilities
Manage spare parts planning and inventory control
Coordinate with Procurement and Value Buying teams
Manage external vendors and technical service providers
Support technical improvements with R&D
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance within FMCG or manufacturing
Strong experience in plant maintenance and utilities
Proven leadership and team management skills
Experience in maintenance planning and budgeting
Knowledge of spare parts and inventory control
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Fluency in Arabic and English
