Costing Manager – Food Manufacturing BU

A leading food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Costing Manager to oversee cost accounting activities across multiple plants. The role ensures accurate standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting while supporting pricing decisions and improving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage cost accounting processes across food manufacturing plants
Ensure accurate standard costing and cost allocation
Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
Perform variance analysis and identify cost improvement opportunities
Support pricing decisions with financial analysis
Review and update BOMs in SAP
Manage month-end closing activities related to costing
Monitor working capital and inventory levels
Prepare management reports, KPIs, and financial dashboards
Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Plant teams
Provide financial analysis for new products, projects, and initiatives
Ensure compliance with costing policies and procedure

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
8–10 years of experience in cost accounting within manufacturing or FMCG
Strong experience in standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting
Advanced financial analysis and reporting skills
Strong knowledge of SAP costing and ERP systems
Experience in BOM management and manufacturing finance
Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
