Description
A 5-star hotel in Riyadh is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee all hotel technology operations, including network systems, PMS, POS, servers, cybersecurity, and support services. The role includes managing IT projects, ensuring system uptime, maintaining data security, and supporting all departments with reliable technology services.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in the hospitality industry.
Strong experience with hotel systems: PMS (Opera/Cloudbeds), POS, Back Office, and PBX.
Excellent knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
Ability to manage IT projects and lead implementation of new systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in IT budgeting and vendor management.
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
