Description
The Mechanical Inspector is responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of mechanical works on construction and infrastructure projects. The role includes verifying compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, international standards, and safety regulations, as well as coordinating with contractors and site teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical inspection
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps)
Experience in construction and infrastructure projects
Knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ASTM, ISO)
Ability to review shop drawings, method statements, and inspection reports
Strong site supervision and reporting skills
