Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide legal advice on corporate matters, taxation regulations, customs , commercial contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution. The role requires extensive experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and strong English communication skills.

Minimum 10 years of legal experience.
Previous professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Saudi tax regulations and customs laws.
Excellent command of English and Arabic.
Bachelor's Degree in Law or higher qualification.
Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
Strong legal research, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to represent clients before relevant authorities when required
