Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer or Civil Engineer to join a leading real estate development company based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee residential development projects from execution through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost control while coordinating with consultants and contractors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Previous experience in Real Estate Development Companies is mandatory.
Experience managing residential projects including villas, townhouses, and apartment buildings.
Strong knowledge of reviewing drawings, site supervision, quality assurance, contractor and consultant management.
Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and related regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Revit knowledge is preferred.
Good command of English.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
