Senior Airline Reservation Officer

We are looking for an experienced Airline Reservation Officer to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking airline tickets, modifying reservations, issuing and reissuing tickets, handling customer inquiries, and providing professional travel solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in airline reservation systems and excellent customer service skills.

Minimum 10 years of experience in airline reservations.
Experience using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets.
Good knowledge of international travel procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
