Description
The Reservation Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel reservations operations, ensuring maximum occupancy, revenue optimization, and an exceptional booking experience for guests. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of PMS systems, and the ability to manage OTA channels efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel reservations (5-star preferred).
Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience in OTA management and revenue optimization.
Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
