Description
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations in a leading 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing restaurants, lounges, room service, banqueting, and events while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance with international hospitality standards.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in 5-star hotels is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of restaurant management, menu planning, cost control, and guest experience optimization.
Ability to lead multicultural teams.
Strong financial management and reporting skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Experience in banqueting and large-scale events is highly preferred.
Experience in 5-star hotels is mandatory.
