Description
A major hotel group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager with a minimum of 15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. The role involves overseeing HR operations, recruitment, policies, performance management, employee relations, Saudization compliance, and workforce planning across multiple hotels.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including 5+ in a senior management role
Preferably previous experience in hotels/hospitality
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law
Proven experience in HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, and policy development
Experience managing multi-location teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Professional HR certifications preferred (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi)
