Description
The Sales & Tender Representative – FM Sector is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full tendering cycle, and securing facility management contracts. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal technical and operational teams to prepare competitive commercial and technical proposals while ensuring compliance with client requirements and tender regulations.
Requirements
English:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the Facility Management (FM) sector
Search, prepare, and submit tenders and RFQs through client and government portals
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to prepare pricing and proposals
Prepare commercial offers, presentations, and complete bid documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and FM decision-makers
Follow up on submitted tenders and negotiate commercial and contractual terms
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and tender tracking reports
Analyze market trends, competitors, and upcoming FM opportunities
