Description
We are hiring a highly skilled Italian Chef to lead the preparation of authentic Italian dishes in a 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The chef will oversee menu creation, food quality, kitchen operations, and staff supervision, ensuring exceptional dining experiences aligned with luxury hotel standards.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience as an Italian cuisine chef.
Experience in 5-star hotels or fine-dining restaurants is required.
Ability to design and update Italian menus.
Mastery of pasta, risotto, pizza, sauces, and traditional Italian cooking techniques.
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene procedures.
Ability to train kitchen staff and maintain high standards.
Good communication skills
